Return & Refund Policy

Each product is made individually after an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns if you change your mind or choose the wrong size.

A replacement or refund is offered only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item, size, or design

  • The package is lost during shipping

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
For lost packages, you must notify us within 30 days after the expected delivery date.

If the issue is confirmed, you will receive a free replacement or a full refund.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To submit a claim, please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
